During my Master's degree at The Courtauld Institute of Art, I co-curated 'Corpus: The Body Unbound' at The Courtauld Gallery and worked alongside the curators of Tate Britain's Rachel Whiteread retrospective as a Curatorial Intern.
The two exhibitions were very different: 'Corpus' was a group display themed around artists' responses to the body and featured artworks in a range of media from the middle ages to the present day; Tate's Whiteread show focused on the work of a single living artist and many of her large-scale sculptures.
As Co-Curator of 'Corpus' I was involved in all aspects of the exhibition and, with a colleague, took responsibility for the installation and visual look of the show. At Tate Britain, I researched catalogue appendices and produced digital scale models of the exhibition for the curatorial, installation and interpretation teams.
